Preston Associates delivered an integrated service constituted of formative research and routine Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) Activities using qualitative and quantitative methods to provide required information on the Health Workforce Management (HWM) Activity, in the areas of attrition, deployment, recruitment and retention. Preston Associates also conducted State-specific desk reviews, as well as Key Informant Interviews (KIIs), In-Depth Interviews (IDIs), stakeholder workshops and validation of data to provide context for identified project objectives.
