On average, each TPM activity spans between 10 to 20 working days, and methods employed for data collection include document review, Key Informant Interview (KIIs) and Focus Group Discussions (FGDs) with Implementing Partners, Government Officials and Community Members. Key findings and recommendations are provided by Preston Associates in an activity report at the end of each TPM.
